- First time login: As you have not registered before, click on 'Register' to register yourself.

- Complete and submit the application form.
- Print a copy of the Term & Conditions ,Application Form, CTOS Consent Letter and submit by Hand or POS to MIED office together with supporting documents as per listed in page 4, before 30th june 2016.
